An exciting opportunity to join a national company based in Gladesville.

Your new role

- Generate contract invoices and correctly quoting client PO numbers.
- Ensure regular customer billing is in accordance with contractual arrangements
- Convert sales orders to invoicing ensuring POs are quoted
- Submitting invoices to client workflow management systems (e.g. SAP Ariba, Corrigo)
- Interrogate variances in revenue when compared to budget to ensure all billed. Reporting of this to the Commercial Finance Manager & Financial Controller.
- Maintain register of contracts and key contractual terms that impact the billing
- Assist in transitioning of new contracts
- Credit card payments and refunds
- Process credit notes and bad debts
- Resolve internal and external queries in a timely manner
- Debtors reporting and collections
- Payments processing and allocations





What you'll need to succeed

- Experience with Microsoft Excel at minimum "intermediate" level".
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar role
- High level problem solving and reconciliation skills
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate and work consultatively with all stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and be part of a small team.
- Experience using an ERP or large General Ledger accounting system.
- Formal Accounting or Business Administration training is preferable
