Our search is for a retail leader who is driven by achieving results through their team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about store standards, customer service and team development. You will be a leader who thrives in a busy environment,
enjoys responsibility and happy to work alongside their manager and team to get their hands dirty.
About the Role:
Support and coach the store team on a day to day basis
Provide outstanding service at all times
Train and develop your team in sales and service
Maintain accurate inventory
Excel in store visual standards and presentation
Take on full ownership of the store 2 days a week
What you will Bring:
Management or Supervisor experience in a fast paced environment
Proven ability in customer engagement
Strong visual merchandising skills
High level of personal presentation
Experienced in high stock levels
