About the Role:
As a Sales Consultant at Barry Bourke Motor Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering a premium buying experience for our customers. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting our range of recent vehicles, and guiding customers through the sales process with a focus on building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to after-sales follow-up.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement and lead generation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory, features, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
About You:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry, but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- A valid driver’s license.
