The Chance
As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Business Development Managers by identifying and securing new business opportunities within a designated territory. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships, liaising with both current and prospective clients, and contributing to organizational and workforce development initiatives. You'll also assist with client presentations and support the business consulting efforts of our managers.

- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships
- Demonstrate a passion for exceeding client expectations
- Show a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- Utilize excellent time management and organizational skills
- Exhibit confident administrative abilities to accurately capture information
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to sustain professional relationships
- Have pre-existing relationships within the local community (preferred)
- Hold a current driver’s license and have access to a car
