We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to expand our footprint in the global outsourcing market.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding area of our business in this newly created position. Reporting directly to the General Manager – Overseas Operations, the primary purpose of the Business Development Manager position is to identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand the company's client base of our outsourcing services.

The role will be responsible for such things as, conducting market research, generating leads, providing advice on tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs, developing proposals, negotiating contracts and service agreements, and explore opportunities to expand into new markets and diversify the company's service.

To stand out, you'll need:





- Experience in the outsourcing industry or a related field such as recruitment with a solid understanding of outsourcing processes, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Proven ability to build and maintain robust relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and proposals clearly and persuasively.
- Knowledge and understanding of building and construction (residential is desirable)
