CHANNEL COORDINATOR

The purpose of this position is to provide operational support to the team of Channel Managers and directly to the teams, when necessary, under the guidance of Head of Marketplace. The role will work closely with internal teams and clients. Along with this, the position assists to run projects internally, and review content marketing campaigns as well as conduct market research and review listings content. The role will be central to coordinating and disseminating product information to the teams Channel Coordinators and maintaining cross department communication.

The exciting role





- Efficiently responds to daily online or phone queries in a professional and friendly manner.

- Develop and maintain filing systems according to requirements.

- Review all product information provided by category teams and make changes accordingly.

- Upload new product launch file to the website.

- Processes price update and promotion files

- Conduct market research and contact potential clients for business development.

- Assist team lead and channel management in running reports.

What You'll Bring:

- As this is an entry-level role, your enthusiasm and ability to process data into meaningful information is important to demonstrate.
- An understanding of Ecommerce on a large scale would be advantageous.
- A tertiary qualification, preferably in Marketing or a business-related field
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical and creative skills and ability to understand customer psychology.
- Attention to detail.
