The Role
Build relationships with clients/stakeholders
Handling between 40 – 60 inbound and outbound calls
Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve satisfactory outcomes
Perform administrative tasks and enter data as required
Maintain customer database
About You
Proficient computer and organizational skills
Results Driven
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Motivated with the ability to work in a team/independently
Ability to liaise with external stakeholders in a qualified and confident manner
Well-spoken with a good phone manner
Strong data entry and administration skills
Previous experience within a Call Centre role is desired but not essential
