About the role:
As a department manager for their Karrinyup store,



you will spend the majority of your time where it all happens - on the shop floor. Support and lead your colleagues to achieve great results and exceed customers expectations. When you're not on the floor you will be developing sales strategies and putting together succession plans to support the store and team's success.
