Job Description
What will you do
- Execute function room set up and service to ensure client needs are met according to the event order
- Liaise with clients and guests for conferences, weddings and functions
- Ensure communication between Sales, F&B; and Kitchen teams is seamless for the smooth implementation of events
- Work independently and as part of team
- Support the wider food and beverage team where required
Qualifications
What you need to be successful
- Experience in an events or outlet role in a luxury hotel workplace preferable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised and able to manage priorities
- A good understanding food & beverage
- Excellent knowledge and practise of food hygiene standards
- Exceptional guest service
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
