Our client is an established leader within the IT integration space boasting over 400 local and international customers, built up over the years via direct and channel networks. They are known for their customer centric transparent and forward-thinking leadership culture, furthermore, remain highly regarded among some of the most recognisable brands. Due to incredible company success, we require a Country/General Manager in Sydney to lead further expansion and transition. There is significant positive change and transformation ahead thus we need a leader who thrives in this environment.

Essentially this appointment will commercially drive and lead the operation in Australia, work closely with the CTO and small team to ensure core fundamentals are in place. Key customer management, build the culture,



embrace the scale-up enthusiasm. We seek a leader on the ground who can build the operation, enjoy working from home/hybrid (initially) and closely with the globally based CEO on key decisions. Previous experience in B2B sales and conversance with IT integration is important, however a strong technical background is not. An understanding of the nuances of the business model/long sales cycles and being at ease with senior level relationships is critical. Objectives for year one and two are clear, the growth and opportunity on offer is outstanding. The successful incumbent will be remunerated circa $250,000 with STI/LTI and equity options also on the table. Make no mistake this is a rare and illuminating career defining opportunity.
