An exciting opportunity to be a part of our thriving and successful international company exists at our Mt Druitt branch for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales / Customer Service Officer.

Your Role

Your role as an Internal Sales administrator will entail inputting inbound sales orders and assisting account managers with inputting their orders over the phone. You will be liaising with your office manager, account managers and customers to address any customer needs, concerns and to develop and maintain strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate input of sales orders and assisting customers with enquiries.

Being an integral part of the sales team, your role will require you to work with your teammates to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner, accurately and communicate any changes with customers.

- Previous experience in a sales position advantageous
