About the Role

We are recruiting multiple loader operators to work at our Epping site, with positions available in our Wash Plant, Blending/Sales, and Soil Departments. These positions have become available due to our ongoing growth and expansion.

These are permanent full-time positions, with immediate starts available. Both day and night shift rosters are available. Shifts are rostered for 10 hours, Monday - Friday, and optional overtime is available on weekends. Candidates must be willing to work additional hours to meet the operational requirements of the business as needed.

Duties will likely include (but not be limited to):

- Front-end loader operations (e.g. stockpiling & sorting material, loading articulated haul trucks, loading customer trucks using scales, backfilling)
- Completing pre-starts
- Adhering to all safety policies and procedures on site
- Operating other machines you are licensed for as required
- Other reasonable requests

Requirements:

- Nationally accredited front end loader license/ticket
- Australian Driver's License
- Minimum of 1-year experience operating a 30t> front-end loader (preferred)
- Right to Work in Australia
- Team player who can work well with others
- Police check and pre-employment medical including drug screening (to be completed during the recruitment process).
