What you will do

As the Marketing Coordinator at Farmbot you will take on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programmes. You are responsible for planning and executing lead acquisition strategies, building brand awareness and improving customer engagement. You will be willing to dig in and adapt to changing business requirements in a scale-up environment.

Day to day, you will

- Manage marketing activities and budget for social media, branding, reseller outlets, PR and events




- Develop an integrated advertising and communications plan to support key offers, projects, operations and initiatives
- Manage and maintain a rolling communicati ons calendar, capturing key opportunities for media and social media engagement
- Write, edit and produce a range of communications material for print and online channels including website, social media, media releases, publications, speeches and stakeholder presentations
- Identify opportunities through data that will unlock opportunities for customer growth
- Develop and improve lead generation channels for use by the sales team
- Manage the production of sales promotional collateral, including producing in-house materials, updating the reseller network and organising distribution of collateral
- Successfully manage external marketing agencies where appropriate to brief, build and execute plans
- Ensure the delivery of post campaign reviews and monthly results tracking for each campaign across multiple channels
- Manage, develop and administer website and online presence

Required Skills & Experience

- Relevant bachelors degree in marketing, communications or related field
- A background in agriculture and keen to make an impact in the sector
- More than three years experience in a marketing role




- You’re a great communicator with experience conveying ideas to internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with Google Analytics and other SEO software tools
- Experience with Wordpress
- Salesforce CRM experience is highly desired
