REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for our next superstar employee. To be considered for this role, please have the following:

- Qualification in Science, Engineering or related technical background
- Friendly and qualified communication
- The ability to communicate with people from different backgrounds
- Willingness to get on the phone to communicate with candidates
- Solid administrative skills with a proactive and positive attitude

- Hands on, busy office so team work is essential

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Recruitment Resourcer,



your main responsibilities will not only be providing support to our Recruitment Consultants, but also striving to meet your monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in a fast-paced team environment.

- Answering phones and providing support to the team
- Candidate screening using the phone and face-to-face / video
- Data base management
- Conducting reference checks
- Providing payroll support
