Join Us as a Personal Budgeting Specialist
Our Personal Budgeting Specialists play a critical role in working with our clients to create a plan for their money, enabling them to live a life free from money worries. As one of the initial touch points clients have with the MyBudget service, you will have the opportunity to unearth clients' financial position and understand their financial goals.
You don’t have to be a numbers expert to be successful in this role. We have an extensive training program in place that enables you to become a personal budgeting expert. We teach you everything you need to know! You must exhibit a high level of emotional intelligence, have outstanding communication skills and a genuine desire to help others transform their lives. You’ll also need to be comfortable with a consultative sales approach, be able to multitask and operate within a time sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities and Experiences Of The Role
Manage World-Class Client Experiences: You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client experiences, guiding them on their financial journey with care and expertise.
Exceptional Relationship Building and Communication Skills: Your ability to build strong and trusting relationships with clients will be essential in this role and you must be able to listen and understand each client's situation and how we can then help them
Consultative Sales: Your consultative sales approach will ensure that clients receive tailored solutions that best suit their unique needs and aspirations.
Problem-Solving Skills: As a Personal Budgeting Specialist, you will be analytical and understanding of how to solve problems and have a can do attitude
Excellent Organisation and Time Management Skills: You will have experience within a KPI-driven workplace, combining efficiency and multitasking to create great performance

Hours and Employment Conditions
Please note this role requires shift work including one Saturday a month and there will be two working week days that start at 10:30 am and end at 7:30 pm. We work with you to align with your personal needs and commitment when developing rosters so as to minimise the impact on your personal life.
The starting fixed full-time equivalent salary for this position is $73,200 per annum. We will recognise and reward you as you progress in your training and competency, with the fixed salary increasing up to a maximum of $80,000 over time. In addition, you have the ability to earn uncapped commission based on your performance, from day 1.
