As a Product Implementation Analyst, you will manage, end to end gift card implementation s and report s to the Product Implementation Manager .

This includes, overseeing the end-to-end card onboarding process, for physical , digital, and incentive products that will be activated through the Blackhawk network.

- Manage g ift c ard implementation process from end to end
- Lead t he card production process and navigate Blackhawk external card partners and internal partners as well through established process es ensuring high standards are always maintained
- Holding project kick-off calls, artwork proofing, testing, facilitating delivery of product to warehouse, ensuring product/process compliance across several unique and high-profile accounts

- T roubleshoot process-related challenges/obstacles
- D eliver excellent customer service with internal business teams and external customers and vendors
- Work closely within our Sales, Operations, Marketing, and IT teams to launch new card programs into recent and existing Alliance Partner
- Navigating external customers through established process and specification documents to implement product and make available for sale




- Troubleshoot process-related challenges/obstacles
- Maintain project management-related data and metrics

- ​​ Strong communication skills with the ability to work at all levels of an organization
- ​ Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and multi-tasking abilities
- ​ Ability to think strategically and provide input in to management streams

- ​ Previous experience in a product management , ideally within gift card/payment solution environment
- ​ Ability to understand and manage technical details of Card production
- ​ Ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects on tight deadlines with limited direction
- ​ Previous quality control experience is highly regarded
- Previous payment processing background is highly regarded
- ​ Ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong working knowledge of PC-based business software, including Microsoft Outlook. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Extremely high attention to detail, particular accuracy required with all data entry
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various departments and internal stakeholders
