The Role
- Manageable portfolio - end-to-end management with admin support
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
- Managing Arrears
- Repairs & Maintenance
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Completing Entry and Exit inspections
- Routine Inspections and reporting
- Attendance at QCAT where required
- Cloud-based software
About You
- 2+ years of previous Property Management experience
- QLD Certificate of Registration
- Attention to detail
- Robust organisational skills
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- Outstanding telephone manner & time management
- Corporate presentation
- Valid driver's license
