The role
You will be responsible for:
- building and maintaining customer rapport, attracting customers and maintaining fantastic relationship with them
- ensure that all staff are fully trained and equipped with desired skills and education about the product and sales techniques, and continue to monitor their development
- leading the team to meet and exceed KPIs
- work with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions, taking a consultative approach to selling
- engage with customers and provide expert advice
