CabinTech, its sister company, focuses on the growing demand for mobile cabins, tiny homes, and mobile site offices, continuing to build on the success of TrailerTech.

Both businesses are preparing for an exciting expansion, moving operations under one roof in Yatala to support continued growth. We are now seeking proactive and motivated Sales Associates/Assistants to join our sales teams and support our growing customer base.

CabinTech Sales Role - Will be located at our Showroom in Arundel Gold Coast

TrailerTech Sales Role - Will be located at our HeadQuarters and Production Facility in Yatala

What You’ll Do:

- Act as the one of the primary points of contact for inbound sales inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins).
- Follow up on generated sales leads—no cold calling required.
- Assist in opening and closing showrooms, conducting customer walkthroughs, and providing product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with customers to create floor plans and customize trailers or cabins to their needs.
- Work closely with the Sales Team, Production Manager, and Foreman to ensure a high standard of quality in all products.
- Support the After Sales Manager with post-sale services, including warranty claims and customer inquiries.
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the TrailerTech and CabinTech showrooms.
- Attend production meetings and provide input as needed.




- Coordinate handovers and deliveries, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Liaise with customers to manage their expectations and timelines.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create sales content and assist with marketing activities, such as trade shows, expos, and media production.
- Manage and update the CRM system (HUBSPOT), ensuring customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Enhance the customer experience by improving sales processes and communications.
- Assist management in developing new products and evolving current offerings.

Who You Are:

- A self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple tasks without distractions.
- Previous experience in a sales role is essential, with a strong focus on customer service and communication.
- Interest or experience in a trade, trailer or caravan, or cabin/tiny home industry is preferred but not required.
- Highly organized, with the ability to meet deadlines and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Willing to contribute to a growing business and potentially take on higher responsibilities as the business expands.
