Specialist retailer seeking a Project Manager on a 6 month fixed term contract.

Your new company
Our client operates as a specialist retailer and has stores nationally. A new opportunity has arisen for hardworking Project Manager on a 6 months Fixed-Term Contract to join their team (part-time is an option).

Your new role
This role will see you reporting to the Managing Director and you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Point-of-Sale projects to the Corporate and Franchise network including the integration of the company's financial software.

- Management and oversight of the POS implementation in the Corporate and Franchise Store Network
- Test software development created from the software vendor as per the initial Blueprint document
- Build and lead Key user training and UAT
- Build and lead the pilot of the POS software
- Finalise system refinement and production signoff




- Build and lead POS training to Corporate and Franchise networks including co-ordination of the hardware/software installation
- Working with the software vendor to report, resolve, test and implement software modifications due to bugs found in the software throughout the POS implementation project
- Assist and negotiate when required with outside contractors and suppliers.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you will demonstrate the following:

- Very strong technical SQL skills.
- Experience with LSOne will be highly regarded.
- Project management experience implementing a Retail POS solution to a corporate/franchise network.
- Considerable experience in supporting corporate retail or ERP systems.
- Tertiary or vocational qualification in Information Technology
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a similar role
