Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Managing our central lead and data base system
- Guiding clients through the exciting journey of home building
- Inspiring potential clients to build with the Sarah Homes
- Producing and presenting estimates
- Taking accurate design briefs
- Presenting floorplans
- Presenting and signing building contracts
- Work at the various display villages on a rostered basis

You will be an energetic and self-motivated salesperson who believes in quality products and effective communication. You will possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Sales experience in the new home or improvement industry is ideal, but the successful candidate may also have a sales history in value-add products such as kitchens, vehicles, pools, verandahs, garages or sheds.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (including both verbal and written)
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
- Client focussed
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated
- Computer literacy will be an asset
