The Role

We are seeing growth in all areas of our business and are currently seeking an experienced Sales Executive to grow our sales team.

We seek an experienced Sales Executive with a club industry background to service a designated geographical Sydney territory that includes a wide range of customers in a variety of sales channels. The role will be selling a range of products from training, corporate risk services, clubs consulting services and SMARTEK.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, we are seeking applications from people that are:

- Driven and able to exceed their sales targets
- Ability to work autonomously and have great communication skills
- Willing to prospect for new customers
- Have excellent internal and external customer service skills
- Have an understanding of the club industry
- Prepared to travel frequently & be able to be away from home

The role will be responsible for the Account Management and Business Development of a defined territory for the business to ensure achievement of sales targets and profit.





You will be working with the Managing Director to develop your Sydney based territory, use promotions and tools to maximum effectiveness and facilitate the implementation of the strategy for the business.

We expect you will quickly become an integral and contributing member of the sales team and have a desire to learn, develop and grow your role & career with our organisation.

This role covers a large geographical area and will involve some overnight travel.

The successful applicant will have a background in sales, account management and a minimum of 3 years recent experience selling to the club industry.
