PJ Waste Solutions is a well-established transporter of packaged hazardous and chemical waste operating throughout Victoria and interstate. We provide waste transport services to companies responsible for waste disposal as well as to clients in sectors such as manufacturing, printing, health care, pharmaceuticals, food and more.

Our business is growing and we are looking for an experienced self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team, with prospect for advancement. Waste Industry is essential, including sound working knowledge of EPA regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities will include:

- Proactively identify opportunities for new business, develop and present proposals to prospective clients and provide flexible solutions to meet their needs.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and maximise earnings capacity.
- Maintain customer relationship records for prospective and existing clients.
- Liaise with the company’s waste drivers to ensure day-to-day compliance requirements are met including management of EPA waste-tracking system where necessary.




- Provide regular reports measuring performance against agreed targets.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and attributes:

- Proven track record in building new sales and managing existing clients.
- High standard of computer literacy.
- Self-starter with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively solve problems as they arise.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for handling chemical hazardous waste.
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Right to work full time in Australia.
