About the role

As a member of our Regional team you will be a key point of contact between Stratco and our customers. This will involve:

- Greeting and developing relationships with all Stratco customers
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales
- Working with the operations team to achieve exceptional customer service
- Assisting Customers to work out materials for their projects
- Accurately pricing customer’s requirements using our computer systems.
- Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies and procedures

The successful applicants will have the following skills and attributes:

- Demonstrated sales experience




- Action oriented and a great communicator
- Hands on, practical person with an ability to understand customer projects
- Honest, self motivated and have a passionate desire to be successful
- Have the ability to work in a team environment
- The ability to manage multiple customers and store priorities
- An understanding of Outdoor Building Products will be advantageous
- External customer sales experience is an advantage
- Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and measurements
- Excellent computer and data entry skills
- Strong safety awareness of all team members within the workplace
