We are looking for our next Trainee Sales Consultant to join the Ford Team at Warwick Farm.

About the role:

The successful applicant we be trained in all areas of automotive sales by our in house staff development team. Training will also carried out by senior management and you will mentored by an experienced senior sales consultant. In this position you will be trained and ultimately responsible for:





- Engaging with customers on the telephone, online and face to face on the showroom floor.
- Vehicle demonstration and test drives
- Understanding and qualifying the customer’s needs
- Motor vehicle registration and government paperwork compliance
- Assisting with preparation and presentation of new vehicle deliveries
- Vehicle appraisals
- Preparation of vehicle quotes and understanding of the financing process

About you:

- Show a commitment to a six day roster with two rostered days off weekly (closed Sunday)
- Have a love of customer service
- Be self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Excel in communication across all channels, including face to face, phone and internet
- Understand various computer platforms including Excel, Word and web based platforms
- A NSW driving licence is essential
- Full work rights in Australia
- Willingness to listen and learn
- Experience in retail or hospitality would be an advantage
