About the Role:
This is a full-time position (Mon to Fri, 38hrs per week) located at our Tamworth office for a fixed-term period of 12 months.
As a Caseworker for the Opportunity Pathways Social Impact Investment (OPSII) program, you will provide tailored case management support to a diverse range of people receiving social housing assistance by helping them gain and retain employment through access to training, education and employment opportunities. This role is a community-based role that involves fostering relationships with employers, businesses, support services and community resources to support your participants along their journey to independence within your local community.
The position will involve day travel to surrounding outreach towns from time-to-time, where access to a company vehicle will be provided.

- Previous experience in a casework or case management role (desired).
- Relevant qualifications in Community Services, Casework or similar (desired).
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
- Transparent National Criminal History Check.
