Your Role: We’re seeking a dynamic Education Program Coordinator to create and deliver our transformative programs. This is a chance to shape and expand our community, corporate, and school programs.

What You'll Do

- Design Programs - Create and oversee engaging programs aligned with school curriculum and wellbeing frameworks.
- Forge Partnerships - Build relationships with schools and community organisations to extend our impact.
- Facilitator Training - Recruit, train, and motivate facilitators to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Measure Impact -Track and evaluate program success, driving continuous improvement and sharing success stories.
- Community Liaison - Work with schools to integrate our programs into curricula, making community service a learning component.
- Drive Growth - Expand program offerings and increase participation.
- Embrace Technology - Utilise digital tools to create engaging presentations that highlight program goals and achievements.
- Ensure Safety - Implement risk management procedures to keep participants safe and programs compliant.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum of 3 years in program management, ideally in educational or community settings.




- Proven success in developing educational programs, exceptional leadership, and excellent communication.
- Experience with digital tools and creating engaging presentations.
- Tertiary degree in a related field.
- A genuine commitment to empowering youth and making a positive community impact.

Desirable Skills

- Experience in volunteer management or non-profits.
- Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse groups.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, thriving both independently and as part of a team.
