What you'll be doing
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and community access
- Facilitate social and recreational activities to promote clients' wellbeing and community engagement
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients, advocating for their needs and rights
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of people with disabilities
- A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS workers screening clearance
- Current first aid and CPR qualifications
- Right to work in Australia
