We are seeking an experienced and visionary Operations Manager to lead Above Care Services Pty Ltd. This role is pivotal in providing strategic and operational management to ensure the continued success and growth of our organization. Operations Manager will drive our mission of delivering high-quality, person-centered services while ensuring financial sustainability and compliance with industry standards.

Leadership & Management: Provide robust leadership and strategic direction to Above Care Services , ensuring that all services are delivered with a person-centered approach, positively impacting the satisfaction of participants and staff members.

Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, social enterprises, partnerships, and relationships to foster the growth and expansion of services.

Strategic Contribution:



Actively contribute to the leadership and strategy development across Above Care Services as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that Above Care Services maintains its NDIS registration, adheres to best practices, and delivers exceptional care to our clients.

Financial Sustainability: Develop and implement effective change management processes to ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the organisation.

Day to Day Operations : Ensuring Rosters are up and operations are working smoothly , Keeping good contacts with staff and Participants.
