Reporting directly to the CEO you will apply both your editorial and analytical skills and critical thinking to drive meaningful outcomes in education and community development. Your role will encompass:

- Building Partnerships: Forge and maintain strong relationships with funded partners and high-impact organisations. Identify and engage with grassroots initiatives that align with our mission to amplify their impact.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and manage comprehensive dashboards for reporting metrics and measurement. Extract and interpret data to support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Grant Management: Handle grant inquiries, manage funding processes, and contribute to the planning and execution of funding strategies.
- Strategy Contribution: Collaborate on strategic planning and contribute to the development of initiatives that address disadvantage and promote positive change.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate progress, insights, and outcomes to stakeholders.

- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent reading comprehension, written,



and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and prepare impactful reports.
- Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in making sense of big data, interpreting trends, and utilising advanced Excel functions to drive insights and decision-making.
- Relationship-Building: Passion for engaging with people and fostering strong, collaborative partnerships with funded organisations and community groups.
- Deadline-Oriented: Commitment to meeting deadlines and working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity and Commitment: Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the social impact sector, with a solid desire to research and understand how well-funded organisations can drive meaningful change.
