The Role: We’re on the lookout for energetic Youth Workers to join our vibrant team. In this role, you’ll work with a multi-disciplinary care team to provide a stable, encouraging, and supportive workplace for young people. Flexibility is key, as you’ll work across day shifts, night shifts, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:





Provide a safe and nurturing environment for young people.

Role model positive behaviors and engage them in life-enriching activities.

Embed our practice frameworks into daily routines.

Support family involvement and build positive relationships.

Essential Criteria:

Certificate IV or higher in Youth and Community Services or a related field.

Current Blue Card, First Aid and CPR certificates, and Open Driver’s License.

National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
