Our services include Disability Employment Services, Community Access, 24/7 Residential Care, Behavioural Support, flexible in-home Support, and Life Skills Development.

Let's talk about the role.

Connect2Group is searching for Casual Support Workers for our Community Services Division in the Redland Bay, Southside and Northside areas. You will be:

- Supporting our wonderful clients to live as independently as possibly by assisting them with activities of daily living which may include personal care needs and assistance with medication, community support and empowerment.
- Assisting our clients to achieve their planned NDIS goal-oriented tasks.
- Adaptable and willing to work shifts that are rostered over 24/7 including day, evening, weekend work and overnight shifts.



This may also include overnight and active sleep overs.

To be successful in this role you need to have the following:

- Be passionate, flexible and caring.
- Be flexible to work across multiple locations as rostered.
- Excellent communication skills including maintaining privacy and confidentiality of the client.
- Certificate III Individual Support (highly regarded)
- Current valid Australian driver’s licence.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or be willing to obtain these prior to being offered employment.
- A completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module or be willing to obtain.
- Have a current Blue Card and Yellow Card/NDIS Disability Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain this prior to being offered employment.
