Your New Role





This is a management position whereby the successful person will have some experience in running high performing clubs and ideally have run successful pre-sales before. Reporting to the business owner, this role offers ownership of the Club operations and growth. You will be supported to succeed while demonstrate your ability to work autonomously and deliver the club performance expectations.

Your mission as Club Manager for Jetts Beerwah starts several weeks before our doors open. Your primary focus for the first 6-8 weeks will be on pre-sales, creating buzz, and building a strong membership base before we open. Here’s how you’ll flex your managerial muscles in those early weeks:

- Lead the Pre-Sales Charge: Execute the pre-sales strategies to generate excitement and drive membership sales before our grand opening.
- Engage the Community: Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and local businesses to promote Jetts and attract new members.
- Create a Buzz: Plan and execute exciting promotional events and activities to generate interest and excitement about our new facility.
- Reach out using social media to generate further interest and excitement about our new facility

Once the club is open, your role will broaden to all things club operations, sales and performance. We're looking for a special person to run our brand current Club. Does this sound like you?
