We're looking for an ambitious individual to join us as a Studio Manager at BFT Mascot where you'll play an instrumental role in driving our studio's success. This exciting role combines coaching, team management, and business development responsibilities, perfect for a motivated qualified ready to boost membership numbers and elevate our community’s fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Coaching and member experience - provide exceptional coaching to ensure a superior member experience, driving high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Business Development and sales

- Increase member numbers through effective sales strategies and in-studio processes, focusing on member acquisition and retention. Achieve growth targets such as increasing participation in 8 week challenges.
- Organise and participate in networking/ community events and studio promotions
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns and outreach activities to generate leads

Team Leadership - manage daily studio operations, and create a motivating and supportive environment for both staff and members.

Requirements:

- Certificate III & IV in Fitness
- Additional qualifications in strength & conditioning or an Exercise Science Degree will be advantageous
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an energetic, outgoing demeanour.
- A team player who leads by example
- Dependable, enthusiastic, organised,



and committed to professional excellence.
- Highly motivated with a passion for ongoing personal and professional growth.
- Flexible availability to work early mornings, midday, and evenings (Saturday morning is a must)
- Up-to-date CPR and First Aid
