Panache Hotel Group manages multiple serviced apartment locations in the Perth CBD and surrounding areas. Our expansion has given you the opportunity to join this friendly, approachable team to be the Accountant. This is a full-time position.

Essential Duties include:

- Performance daily Xero bank reconciliation
- Accounts Payable and preparing corporate payment runs
- Accounts Receivable and raising the invoice
- Stock & equipment ordering related,
- Payroll-related, timely and accurate fortnightly payroll, ensuring all employee reimbursements, and onboarding new staff for payroll.
- Prepares month-end company reports to clients
- Prepare month-end Balance sheet reconciliations
- Liaise with the CEO and the rest of the operation team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting is available

Qualifications,



Skills and Attributes:

- Relevant degree in Accounting with 3 years experience in commercial industry
- Advanced in Xero accounting software.
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Eagerness to learn, grow and develop into a long-term career.
- Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to work with other departmental staff to understand business and operational issues and how these apply in a financial context
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to exercise judgment and resolve issues independently
