Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Automation Test Analyst with specific experience in AccelQ to join our QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, particularly using AccelQ, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using AccelQ to validate functionality, performance, and reliability of applications.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects to the development team.
- Contribute to test planning, test design, and test strategy discussions.
- Continuously improve automation frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide valuable input to improve overall product quality.





Required Skills and Experience:

- 5+ years of experience as an Automation Test Analyst with expertise in using AccelQ for test automation.
- Strong proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, including scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python).
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

- AccelQ certification or significant hands-on experience with AccelQ in a commercial environment.
- Experience with continuous integration/delivery tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with API testing and microservices architecture.
