Bailey Abbott are now seeking a Business Analyst to join our high performing team. Our business analysis specialists work within an active community of practice, enabling you to benefit from their years of collective experience and wisdom.

The Project Manager will be responsible for undertaking the analysis, implementation, and support of business systems within the customers of Bailey Abbott in order to achieve identified business goals. The aim is to provide insights and support to our customers in both business and IT projects.

- Ensure client operational, user and technological requirements are effectively elicited, articulated, understood, documented, agreed upon and met
- Capture true and accurate definitions of project scopes




- Collect accurate requirements that completely reflect the needs of the client
- Drive innovation in business processes, investigating and analysing business processes and identifying opportunities for enhancement with the customer
- Contribute to the customers business strategy development and implementation, including problem solving and strategic, critical thinking in evaluating the necessary business change to reach the vision for the business
- Lead development of project schedule, timeframes and estimates and progress monitoring/reporting, including managing changes to business needs and project scope
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external project stakeholders, and manage customer expectations

Requirements

- Experience in Business Analyst role working using business analysis frameworks, tools and techniques
- Strong relationship management and customer service experience
- Experience in larger and more complex projects and/or working across multiple projects
- Robust analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in business process modelling and re-engineering
