Support the business requirement gathering (user story) creation and elaboration responsibility within the squad, while collaborating with he Product Owner to ensure business needs are captured. You will also be responsible for: • Requirements Analysis and Lifecycle Management: Manage the definition of the planning, sizing and reporting on Business Analysis activities for pipeline and inflight features. • Understand and adhere to enterprise methodologies and processes such as Agile Requirements Management (ARM) Framework and Requirements Development Framework (RDF) • Ensure that RAIDs are captured and managed in accordance with risk frameworks • Regular status reporting as it relates to the BA team including Squad assignment, team sprint progress and RAIDs.



• Ensure that Release Train RAIDs are captured and managed in accordance with risk frameworks. • Conduct a gap analysis between current and future state to draw insights into the individual impact assessment • A detailed position description is available for successful applications. What do I need? • Business process improvement/re-engineering, data analysis, system functional / non-functional analysis experience and business case preparation experience. • Team Management: Demonstrate the ability to develop, plan and organise BA team activities to achieve agreed outcomes, identifying potential risks and planning appropriate mitigation strategies, across interdependent plans • Collaboration: Demonstrate the ability to coach and lead collaborative work practices across both direct and indirect reports; role model collaborative techniques in large workshops to drive outcomes • Accountability:



Demonstrate the ability to coach individuals and groups to demonstrate personal accountability for both outcomes and corrective actions where obligations have not been met What is it like to work there?
