The Prospect:

We are looking for qualified carpenters to join our ever-growing Melbourne division.

Working with Fast Labour Hire, you will be deployed to our client’s site (the host) on a daily, weekly, or semi-permanent position. Depending on the client’s individual needs, your daily role may change but will always remain within the scope of carpentry. The projects that you’ll work on, could consist of a single dwelling, medium density build or a multi-story development. That’s the bonus when working with FLH, you will be able to develop your skills across various carpentry disciplines.

The Reward

• $45 - $50 per hour + super + coinvest + travel

• Time and a half and double-time rates paid for overtime

• Consistent and ongoing work!

• Meal allowance included (over 9.5 hours per shift)

Successful Applicants Will Need

• Cert 3 in Carpentry or above

• Construction induction card (White card)

• Tools and transport suitable for each project

• A proven background in construction projects

• Perform all duties to a high standard

• The ability to follow systems, processes and guidelines

• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service
