Orange Christian School is a growing, non-denominational Christian Prep–Year 12 school located in the Central West region of NSW. Each of our approximately 480 students learn in an atmosphere where they are seen, known and valued as individuals made by God.

Applications are invited for the following:

BUSINESS MANAGER

The successful applicant will have:

- Business or accounting qualifications
- Strong working business/accounting knowledge;
- Demonstrated experience with strategic planning and project management especially in relation to facilities;
- An attitude of service along with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills;
- Organisational and staff management skills;




- Company Secretarial experience working with boards preferred;
- Experience in an educational context, and familiarity with the philosophy of the school’s affiliation organisations is also desirable (CEN, AACS, AISNSW, SRS);
- Experience with preschool administrative regulations is highly desirable.

Applicants must demonstrate a personal Christian faith, active involvement in their local church, and a willingness to fully embrace the vibrant Christian life of the School. Salary will depend on qualifications and experience, and will be commensurate with that of similarly placed Business Managers in Independent Schools of similar character and size to the School.
