IT Change Manager at Exclusive Federal Government Agency
Your new company
Hays is working with its client, a Federal Government Agency to source a suitably qualified, NV1 (or above) cleared Change Manager. The agency deals within the Defence remit and plays a critical role across the Federal Government landscape.
Your new role
As Change Manager, you will be overseeing and implementing digital changes within the agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Change process including planning, communication, training and stakeholder engagement. Some of the forecast duties include:
- Conducting Impact Assessments to identify potential risks and barriers to change and develop mitigation strategies to address them
- Develop and deliver communication and roll out plans to ensure that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process
- Monitor and measure the success of change initiatives and provide regular updates to senior management
- Build strong and professional relationships across the agency to ensure that changes are aligned to business objectives
The successful candidate will join a small and agile team working on a number of initiatives across the agency and wider cross-agency collaboration. The primary objective is to identify business impacts and minimise disruptions while collaborating seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
Successful candidates MUST have an NV1 Clearance (or higher e.g. NV2, TSPV). Unfortunately Baseline cleared Change Managers will not be considered. If you're NV1 cleared, and have demonstrated Change Management experience in the Federal Government remit over the last 5-7 years - this is a rare and exciting opportunity for you!
