Exciting prospect for an experienced Change Manager to join an established organisation based in Newcastle.

Your new role

As the Change Manager working on a critical Cyber Security program, you will be integral for the collaboration between business SMEs as well as technical and external teams to contribute to the Identity and Access Management project.

You will add value to the strategic direction of the project by assessing impacts on a wide range of stakeholder groups, developing and deploying change management initiatives in order to maximise project outcomes and minimise change resistance.

What you'll need to succeed





- Extensive experience working as a Change Manager in complex environments
- Confident in facilitating interviews, discussions and workshops
- Excellent communication and engagement skills with an ability to liaise with and influence stakeholders of all levels of the business
- Relevant Change Management and Project Certifications
