Claims Specialist, Workers Compensation | VIC - Melbourne

An opportunity exists for an individual looking to utilise their workers compensation claims expertise, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

As a Claims Specialist working in the Customer Service Team,



your focus in this role will be to identify and implement strategies and programs to achieve an improved customer experience.

You'll be responsible for:

- Monitoring, analysis of and reporting on metrics
- The investigation and review of process/policy/claims
- Connecting with customers and working collaboratively with our teams
- Advising on and supporting the implementation of improvement opportunities in order to deliver improved outcomes for customer experience, frontline experience and business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supporting the development and growth of stakeholder relationships.
- Challenging the status quo to ensure program delivers a target customer experience model that can be leveraged across all channels
- Ensuring compliance with AAL project governance structures and other applicable internal and external risk, audit and compliance frameworks.

Important to your success:

- A passion for helping our customers and delivering a great customer experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships
- The ability to identify and implement business improvement initiatives
- Experience in case management within a personal injury setting
- Resilience and a proven ability to work in a highly energetic environment
- Project management skills/experience will be highly regarded,
