Job Description

Oaks Broome Hotel are currently looking for a Full-Time Commis Chef to join our friendly and supportive team.

Responsibilities Include:

- Prepare and cook high quality food
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Assisting in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Helping to create good communication between FOH and BOH
- Keep the kitchen organized and clean

Expected Hours: 38 per week

Location: 99 Robinson Street, Broome WA 6725

Annual Salary: $62,276 (excluding superannuation)

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need to:

- Previous experience in either a hotel or restaurant environment




- Hold relevant Certificate III cookery

- Be able to work under pressure within a dynamic team environment.
- Be self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
