They are seeking an enthusiastic individual who enjoys conversing with people and takes pleasure in assisting others. As part of their inbound contact centre team, you will be available to assist travel insurance requirements. Your new role
- You will be the first point of contact for all new and existing customers in relation to any travel insurance enquiries, giving fantastic customer service.
- Up-selling and cross-selling products/services by means of creating a great customer service experience
- Handling high volumes of calls, online chats, and emails.
- Sharing knowledge and expertise on products and services
- Meeting compliance and exceeding targets and KPI's
- Comprehending their product offerings and accurately conveying policy wordings (PDS) in a compliant manner to ensure travellers have a complete understanding of their coverage.
What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally you would come from a customer service background, ideally contact centre, or travel insurance, however most importantly the right attitude.
- Bubbly fun personality
- You will have great phone-manner and written and verbal communication, with the ability to deal with complex enquiries and the desire to go above and beyond for the customer
- PR or Citizenship as this is a permanent full-time position
