One of our clients is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join their team for an initial 6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a range of measures and data evidence
Provide oversight and direction for key aspects of the service delivery
Work closely with the Service Delivery & Account Managers
Provide input into planning, execution and escalation of end-to-end Managed Service issues and challenges
Develop and implement a range of reports and data insights
Support and advise teams on operational process improvement
Key Skills/ Experiences:
Extensive experience in service setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated delivery of large Managed Services contracts
Good Understanding of SQL
Strong commitment to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
