Data analyst to work in a strategic data teamYour new organisation We are currently partnering with a global information technology services company who are looking to source an experienced Data Modeler to work on a permanent basis on projects in Sydney. Your recent role: Design, develop and implement conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Work with business stakeholders to understand and document data requirements. Collaborate with application developers to ensure that data models are integrated into application code. Work with database administrators to ensure that data models are optimized for performance and scalability. Develop and maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and other data management tools. Develop and maintain data integration and migration processes.



Ensure data models align with industry standards and best practices. Conduct data model reviews with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness. Provide guidance and support to other team members on data modeling best practices and techniques. What you'll need to succeed: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a data modeler or database designer. Strong knowledge of data modeling tools and techniques. Proficiency in SQL and other data query languages. Familiarity with data integration and migration processes.
