Talenza has been engaged to source a Digital Business Analyst with global or institutional banking experience for a digital transformation.

Required experience:

- In-depth knowledge of transaction banking products and online banking channels. Experience in FinTech Digital products with omni-channel implementation knowledge will be highly regarded.
- Strong experience in Digital and technology domain experience with vendors or similar
- Implementation experience with SaaS products delivery will be preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile practices, including backlog management and prioritisation, as well as user story definition and refinement.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end technology delivery, covering design, build, test and implementation. Familiar with design and collaboration tools like Figma, Axure, Miro.
- Business Analyst with experience in business process improvement/re-engineering, data analysis, customer journey / value chain / process mapping, business high level requirements/ user stories/ system functional / non-functional requirements gathering.




- Proven experience in performing E2E business analysis tasks, from requirements gathering to solution implementation
- Strong facilitation and elicitation skills, with a track record of successfully conducting workshops and extracting critical insights
- Strong and diverse experience in large projects, forming requirements, planning delivery milestones, user stories, process engineering and creation/management of project artefacts
- Stakeholder Management and Communication: Identify stakeholders and develop and maintain collaborative working relations; elicit and analyse business requirements involving participants from senior management to business users
