You are:

You're a Digital Strategy Lead with a strong background working in insurance firms, experienced in insurance transformation, ideally with a focus on the underwriting piece & Generative AI.

Ideally you have been part of large digital transformations, perhaps in a project/program delivery or Senior Product Owner capacity, combined with strong understanding of the inner workings of an insurance firm.

With a proactive attitude, you are approachable and personable with excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet & pivot easily.

The Role:

As the Digital Strategy Lead, you'll effectively be a 2IC to the Senior Digital Strategy Manager, working collaboratively with them and their direct manager.





This role combines strategy and execution and you'll be working closely with global teams to understand what they are doing and be the voice for the Australian region.

With a focus on Generative AI for automation, process improvement and efficiencies, you'll be working across vastly different portfolios, needing to be able to shift gears easily.

Skills / Responsibilities / Background:

- Assisting in the development and enhancement of the Asia Pacific digital strategy
- Strong business engagement and alignment, specifically around planning and communicating digital initiatives
- Primary point of contact and lead for GEN AI user case development, driving the conversation to support artificial intelligence capabilities across the region
- Highly experienced in the general insurance industry & deep domain knowledge of underwriting insurance platforms (Pricing and claims is advantageous)
- Background in project/program management ideal
- Part of or delivery of large digital transformation initiatives
- Commercial strategy, with a focus on change
- Commercially minded with proven ability on delivering strategic projects
- Can accommodate some early morning / after-hours calls (can set your days accordingly)
