What You'll Do

You will work closely with the Front Office Manager to oversee day to day operations and lead a well-rounded Front Office team in the implementation of bespoke guest service with a genuine approach to heartfelt guest connection. You'll act as an ambassador of the hotel, be a curator of ridiculously personal experiences, and develop genuine relationships with guests that will compel them to return!

What You Bring

You have a passion for all things hospitality and love making genuine human connections

You are approachable, positive, authentic, and solutions focused

You have a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to help others

You are detail oriented and able to effectively multitask with great communication skills

You thrive under pressure and are flexible when adapting to new situations

You hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (NSW)

You hold a current First Aid Certificate and can provide a copy to the hotel

You have at least 1 years' supervisory experience in a hospitality environment
